INVESTMENT PLAN

According to Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the EIA Ordinance, we inform all interested parties that E. Mirolio EAD has the following investment plan:

"1. Replacement of the existing fuel natural gas with alternative propane - butane of boiler No. 4 ("Galleri")

2. Use of diesel fuel from an existing farm for Boiler No. 1, PG steam generator 1 and Boiler No. 5, as an alternative fuel.
